The Summer School Sustainable Management is a 10 days, intensive training course organized by Odisee Hogeschool, KU Leuven FEB, HoGent, VOKA Oost-Vlaanderen and Catapa vzw that provides participants with non-formal and formal education on sustainable management.
This training brings together international students, business managers and NGO managers to foster their sustainable thinking, increases their awareness for sustainable business opportunities and provides them with knowledge and skills to translate sustainable ideas into relevant and viable business initiatives.
Key in this training format are the company visits and the business cases, provided by the visited companies. Divers teams of international business managers, NGO managers and students formulate sustainable solutions and advices for the business cases.
To stimulate innovative, sustainable solutions, the participants are provided with expert classes and workshops about topics such as CSR, Natural Resources, Sustainable Food and Logistics, Consumer Behavior, Creative Communication, Systems Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Future thinking, Value Thinking etc.
